Happy Pink Saturday!

Here's a little something direct from the finest boutique in fairyland. Imagine being able to shop anywhere for anything. What would it be?

With petals and blooms she shows off her zest, fluttering the forest in nature's best dress.

The Artful Paper Doll will be launching a new tutorial called Uptown Girls. Learn how to make pretty paper dolls complete with doll hair and miniature roses (no wings on these girls) and mount her in a boutique style setting. Tell me about your favorite girlie things. I might use them in the tutorial and you could win a surprise to be announced during the celebration of the Mad Tea Party on June 27th!

Suggestions will be judged on three criteria: Originality, Girliness and Style. I've really got you thinking now. (tee hee :) Tell me! I'll take suggestions up until Saturday June 27th.

xoxo

Lovely pink blog post! Another Saturday, where I am taking in all of the pink and visiting some of the most lovely blogs in cyberspace. I need the pink this morning, it's all dark and raining outside. So thanks for the uplift☺

Wishing you and those you l♥ve a weekend filled with sunshine, good food and many, tender memories.

I love it. Since it is June, my suggestion is a blushing June bride. Of course, she might need a bit of pink in her ensemble.

Happy Pink Saturday, Kellie.

My girly things would be frilly lace, petticoats, pink furry feathers and jewels, lots of rinestones. Lipstick, and powder puffs dusted lightly with powder. I love the feel of satin on a thin slightly see thru nighty.
Thanks for the fun. Kath'

Hi Kellie -

I love your little vingnette with the sweet little angels on top. Your work always amazes me. I have not given up on my La Belle Fleur Journal, things have just gotten a little hectic in my life. In fact, starting in August I'll be teaching mixed media art classes on Friday evenings. So that has been added to my busy schedule. But I will finish my journal (and I always stop by the Artful Paperdoll to try and keep in touch). I see you have been pretty busy yourself these days - LOL! Now for some girlie things. Wonderfully scented bubble baths with champagne and music, and don't forget the chocolate! And because I'm still a kid a heart, I do love to take the bubbles and make cat ears on my head, or put a silly beard on my face, hey its my bath, I can do what I want - LOL! Ok next, really old fashioned, but there is nothing like having a fancy crystal container with your favorite scented powder in it and a big fluffy powder puff. Talk about pampering yourself! Then of course, you need that special robe to slip into and those lovely plush, fluffy slippers to put on - ummm, heaven. Now who doesn't feel like a real girlie girl after that?

Love and kisses,
Elaine Allen
